Small accessories ship by standard post (no tracking) and may take longer. When ordered with shoes or slippers, they ship together in 2–7 business days.

Small accessories are shipped with standard, non-expediated post at a reduced fee (unless they are ordered with additional items).

Baabuk ships to most countries

- Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over 100 CHF. 10 CHF for most other orders.

- USA: Free shipping on orders over $200. $15 for most other orders. For our US customers: import tariffs are paid by Baabuk, so your order arrives with no extra fees.

- Other destinations: Free shipping to most countries on orders over €200. Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers outside of the EU may be responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

Some items may have special shipping rates, such as small accessories or large home accessories. For these items, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We also offer our unique U-Turn option!

For traditional returns and exchanges, items in new and unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return package, we’ll either replace or refund your order per your request. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Read more on our returns page.
