BAABUK reserves the right to modify the nature of the articles offered on the site at any time and to amend these terms without notice.

The Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order apply to that given order.

TERMS OF SALE

Only persons of at least 18 years of age and accountable may place an order. For customers under 18 years of age and not accountable, a signature of the legal representative is necessary. Persons under guardianship or curatorship must require the consent of their guardian, curator or the tutelary authority.

If the information filled out by the customer upon placement of the order is incorrect, the seller cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the product.

Baabuk reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in cases of print or wording or calculation mistakes on the website

ORDER PLACEMENT

The order is confirmed by the acceptance of the price by the client. The offers are valid as long as stock lasts.

Any purchase order signed electronically by clicking "I confirm my order" is an irrevocable acceptance and implies the obligation to pay the full amount. The original invoice does not come with the goods, it is sent by e-mail to the Customer.

If we cannot accept the offer or should certain products in an order not be available, then you will be informed immediately.

PRICES

All prices are indicated in gross amounts, including VAT, in Euros. BAABUK reserves the right to change prices without notice and at any time and particularly during special offers, promotions or any other marketing promotions.

Shipping costs are to be covered by the client and are itemized in an invoice.

The payment is made in advance. No order will be validated and sent to the client, as long as BAABUK has not received confirmation of payment of the full amount of the order. Promotions and customer discounts are valid only until further notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

Two payment methods are available for the client on www.baabuk.com: credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer.

PayPal automatically encrypts confidential data between your computer and the PayPal system with a length of encryption key of 128 bits (the highest currently available on the market) and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol. This data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. It is not stored on our computer systems. PayPal is a technical provider is not responsible for any claims relevant to the orders. For more information about Paypal you can log on www.paypal.com.

Payment by bank/post transfer are to be made on the following account: PostFinance / Name: Baabuk Sarl / IBAN: CH35 0900 0000 8911 5452 1 / Account: 89-115452-1 CHF / BIC: POFICHBEXXX.

Payment by bank transfer must be made within 5 working days following the order. After this period of 5 working days, if full payment has not been registered, the availability of the ordered items is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING

The following delivery times are estimated without obligation for the regions listed below (working days Monday–Friday):

Switzerland / Germany : 2-4 days
Rest of Europe: 4-8 days
Rest of the World: 10-12 days

A longer period shall apply if the order is placed during the weekend or a holiday.

Delivery and service delays due to acts of God are not the responsibility of Baabuk. Such events give Baabuk the right to delay a delivery for the period of disruption and an appropriate restarting period or to withdraw entirely or in part from non completed parts of orders. Acts of God include strikes, natural disasters, war, blockades, import and export restrictions and other national interventions. 

In the case of effects of acts of God which will cause a delay of a delivery, we will of course inform the customer without delay.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and depend on the weight and the volume of the order, the delivery address and the carrier.

For Switzerland, shipments are done by Swiss Post in economy unless otherwise specified by the client. The client may ask for express service. All shipping costs are billed to the client unless specified otherwise. 

For shipping outside Switzerland, we are using DHL.

For deliveries to any country outside Switzerland or Europe, duty, sales tax and import taxes will be charged. These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the order.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Not suitable articles can be returned within 15 days of their receipt. For partial delivery, the return period begins upon receipt of the last delivery. For this purpose, the client must write to the customer service (info@baabuk.com), which will send him an authorization.

Returned items must be in their original state, accompanied by the return form as well as a copy of the invoice or packing slip. If shipped from outside Switzerland, the return form must be attached outside the box. The returned goods always travel at the peril of the customer.

The client has a period of 15 working days to exchange the ordered items at his own expense. This period runs from the day of delivery of the items.

If BAABUK cannot guarantee the availability of the stock at the time of the exchange, a store credit will be issued instead.

Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duty or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping charges, will not be refunded.

The refund of the purchase price shall be processed in the same way as the original payment was made. The amount will be credited to his account within 10 days after receipt of the goods checked.

The right of return / exchange is not valid for articles returned incomplete, damaged, or used.

PACKAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ON ARRIVAL

On receipt of his order, the customer will ensure the compliance of the received products. Any claim has to be made to info@baabuk.com

Any claim after a period of 15 working days after receipt of the order will be rejected and BAABUK will be relieved of any liability.

No sale item will be exchanged or refunded, unless it has a manufacturing defect.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

All customer data is treated confidentially. The processing of personal information is subject to Swiss data protection laws.

BAABUK gathers and saves the data for its business development. BAABUK uses these data for marketing purposes within the company.

The client may object at any time to other uses of its data for advertising purposes, by a simple written letter sent to customer service.

TERRITORY AND APPLICABLE LAW

The sale of products of BAABUK are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or breach of the contract between BAABUK and the client will be, in the absence of a mutual agreement, the exclusive competence of the Swiss tribunals.
